We at Anything Goes are delighted to have you drop by our web site. Because a majority of our business is custom orders, we have found that on-line orders are not suitable at this time. Therefore, the ordering process will be handled via e-mail or phone call. And to ensure you are fully satisfied with your orders, the following requirements and conditions will be followed.
- A custom, computer generated design of your request will be pre-approved by you via e-mail or mail. This ensures you know what you are getting for your money.
- Custom mailbox orders take between 2 to 5 weeks , depending upon the complexity of the design and detail.
- Custom wall/door hanging orders take between 2 and 3 weeks, depending upon the complexity of the design and detail.
- Custom door/wall hanging orders typically cost 3.00 dollars per letter or number and 5.00 dollars per design. Payment is expected after the approval of the design and before construction.

Shipping Information
The cost of shipping will vary, depending upon the actaul weight and size of the order. But in general, the following represent an esitmated average cost for shipping mailboxes and door/wall hangings:
- Shipping charges on mailboxes typically run between 20 dollars and 30 dollars per item.
- Shipping charges on door/wall hangings typically run about 5.00 dollars per item.
The cost of shipment tracking and insurance can be added on at an additional cost to the consumer.
Return Policy and Disclaimer
Anything Goes will handle returns in the event your creation arrives in a condition less than was shipped. We can either repair any damage to the item or the damaged item can be returned for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping.
By using a computer generated design approval process we hope to minimize unsatisfied customers. Therefore, we do not accept returns on unwanted orders.
